This policy explains how Kausha Associates Pvt Ltd (“Farmz Treat”, “we”) collects and uses information when you use the website farmztreat.com and the Farmz Treat Android app.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, name and, if you choose one, a password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Order details: mobile number, delivery address, area, the products you order, your delivery and payment choices, and any note you add.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic server logs (such as IP address) used to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not collect payment card details. Prepaid payments are made directly in your own UPI app.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account, including emailing you one-time login codes.
- To process, confirm and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep records required for our business and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Your order details are shared only with our delivery staff to deliver your order. When you send an order on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which stores the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details until you delete your account. Order records are kept for accounting and tax purposes; when you delete your account we remove your name, email, phone number and address from them.
Your choices
- You can view and update your details in My account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Delete account.

Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer using the details on our Terms & conditions page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
Children
Our service is meant for adults placing household and business orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
